Good to know
A channel isn't responding?
The network is up but a channel is black
A channel can go down for a few minutes without the network being down. Switch channels and come back. If it stays black for more than an hour, message us and name the channel.
The network is marked as interrupted
We're already on it. No need to write: service comes back on its own, and your login stays the same.
The counts changed
Channels, movies and series are recounted every day from the servers. The catalogue moves a little from one day to the next.
